1 | To ensure an interdisciplinary course of study, courses chosen should be from at least two different disciplines (as indicated by distinct course prefixes) and no more than half of them can have the same course prefix. |
2 | If a course is taken to fulfill a Major requirement, it cannot be double-counted in the Concentration. There are some exceptions for topics courses. Please consult with academic advisor. |

4 | ISLA 440 is required in the Major core and repeatable in the Concentration with a different topic as long as the topic has been approved. Total credit limited to 8 units. |
