Cal Poly Partners Executive Office is located on the third floor of Vista Grande (Building 112). Campus-supporting Human Resources and Payroll Services are located in the Shared Services Center on the second floor of Building 1.

Cal Poly Partners is the university’s auxiliary working to support Cal Poly and enhance the student experience through several key functions. These include:
- Commercial Operations which encompass Campus Dining, Mustang Shop, Mustang Shop Downtown, Cal Poly Print & Copy, Conference and Event Planning, as well as commercial and alcohol licensure.
 - Financial and support services for several campus entities including post-award sponsored projects, centers and institutes, aid-to-instruction programs, Swanton Pacific Ranch, ASI, Performing Arts Center and Cal Poly Arts.
 - Administration of gifts, holding, usage and liquidation of real property and gifts-in-kind.
 - Administration of special activity accounts, and funding advances or guarantees for projects.
 - Real Estate Services including the rental and sale of faculty and staff housing at Bella Montana, Vista Meadows and Harvest Lofts as well as rental of commercial space at the Cal Poly Technology Park
 
A §501(c)(3) nonprofit, Cal Poly Partners is led by a Board of Directors comprised of 13 notable faculty, staff, students, community leaders and university administrators who provide direction and guidance on all operations.
